Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete your Yaad Moss account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email mail@yaadmoss.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2. We verify the request comes from the account owner.
3. We delete your account and personal data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account record and order history are removed. We may retain limited transaction records where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
